Noah has been wanting to go to Pujol forever, mostly because he has been dying to try the famous mole madre, the restaurant's ever-evolving mole that has been continuously refreshed over the years.
And it did not disappoint.
But that is another story.
A footnote from that same lunch: it is also where the Xinú obsession started. I went into the ladies' room during the meal and became completely obsessed with the hand soap. It smelled so good that I actually stopped to look at the bottle to see what it was.
